Feel good on the web but am not graphic designer, programmer or designer. If anything categorize , then probably ( like ) on the editorial level road.

Social Media (partial content of this blog) is for me more than the social networks, and more than just another marketing tool. Hannoveraner aus Überzeugung 😉

Fühle mich im Web wohl, bin aber weder Grafiker, Programmierer oder Designer. Wenn überhaupt kategorisierbar, dann wohl eher (gern) auf der redaktionellen Ebene unterwegs.

Social Media (teilweise Inhalt dieses Blogs)  ist für mich mehr als die Soziale Netzwerke, auch mehr als ein weiteres Marketing-Instrument. Es ist für mich eine Art Hüpfburg, auf der Mann/Frau nach jedem abheben eine neue Perspektive erfahren kann. Bei jeder Landung eine neue Sichtweise und einen Einblick in eine weitere Richtung gewinnt. Die rasanten Umschwünge, die ständigen technischen Neuerungen bedeutet für Menschen, deren Arbeit im Bereich der Medien liegt, dass sie aufmerksam und offen sein müssen. Wachsam und spontan, sowie handlungsschnell und bereit neue Wege zu gehen. Es gehört also immer auch Mut dazu.

Ich finde, es gilt immer den Menschen im Vordergrund zu sehen. Den Kunden. Den persönlichen Dialog, den freundlichen Umgang, den ehrlichen, transparenten Weg zu gehen. Auch in kritischen Situationen offen und ehrlich zu sein. Fehler zugeben zu können und daran zu arbeiten. Natürlich auch analysieren zu können, Zahlen generieren (ist leider immer das a&o!) und diese handbar für seine GF oder what ever zu machen.

Ich ziehe in diesem Kontext schon ab und an Erfahrungswerte aus meinem Studium der Erwachsenenbildung. Denn es dreht sich im Bereich der Sozialen Medien und ihrem riesigen Umfeld auch immer um Wissensvermittlung. Weitergabe von Informationen, das erlernen von Dingen, und das speichern dieser Informationen.

 

Kurz noch zur mir:

Ich fahre viel Rad und bastel mindestens genau so lange und gerne an diesen. Wenn auch mit weniger Erfolg! Ich koche dazu oft und schon ein bißchen mit Anspruch und Leidenschaft und bin schon immer einer großer Skandinavien Fan.  Mir Gefällt die Grundruhe, ich mag die Leute da sehr, die Landschaft und die Klamotten!

Nebenbei knipse ich wenn es die Zeit erlaubt. Auch mal kleine Aufträge (Kindergärten-Kids oder Trauungen im Standesamt z.b.) Bin aber kein Möchtegern-Profi!

Seit bald 17 Jahren wohne ich in Hannover/ Linden und bin hier zu hause. Man trifft mich im Lux, im Härte oder auf dem Wochenmarkt am Samstag.

Seit November 2011 bin ich bei hannoverimpuls.

Hier habe ich 2 Jahre ein Projekt zur Einführung einer Social Media Strategie für das Unternehmen vorangetrieben und war für einen Teil des Vertriebes und Marketings der Gründungswerkstatt mitverantwortlich.

Ab November 2013 bin ich nun in der Unternehmenskommunikation gelandet und bin für den gesamten Bereich Online verantwortlich. Wer mich beruflich erreichen möchte, kann dies hier tun. press
